Pittsburgh officer cleared; jury deadlocks on another

One Pittsburgh police officer is being cleared in connection to a shooting that paralyzed a man.  The jury found Andrew Miller not guilty of assault and battery charges yesterday.  Jurors were deadlocked on excessive force charges against David Derbish though, and a retrial will take place next year.  Leon Ford filed a lawsuit against Derbish and Miller after he was shot five times during a 2012 traffic stop.  The officers say Ford tried to drive away as they struggled to get him out of the vehicle but Ford says the car was inadvertently knocked into gear.
