A man is facing charges following an incident at a Harrisburg bar. Officers were called to Piccolo Cafe on South 17th Street early yesterday for a report of a man with a gun. After getting a description from witnesses, detectives saw the suspect a few streets away but he took off. Officers claim he pulled a gun as they chased him and although he did not have a weapon when he was caught, a bag of crack cocaine and a stolen handgun were found nearby. The suspect has been identified as Tommy Phillips.
