Ex-cemetery owner pleads guilty

The former owner of the Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Gettysburg is pleading guilty to stealing over a million dollars from more than 900 victims.  James Delaney entered the surprise plea Friday while he was in court on an unrelated matter.  Police say he sold prepaid burials and funeral merchandise and kept the money for personal use. He will be sentenced next week and is facing prison time.
