A third Republican state lawmaker is going after Pennsylvania Congressman Tim Murphy's soon-to-be-vacant seat. Representative Rick Saccone of Allegheny County made the announcement Sunday, saying he will be suspending his U.S. Senate campaign. State Senators Guy Reschenthaler of Allegheny County and Kim Ward of Westmoreland County are also running. The pro-life lawmaker is resigning as of October 21st following claims he had an extramarital affair and urged his mistress to get an abortion.
