Fencing is going up around the wall collapse at Cameron and Mulberry Streets in Harrisburg. The wall came down onto Howard Tire & Auto last year and the shop has been closed since because no one would clean up the dangerous debris. A judge ruled in July that the McFarland Apartment Complex owns the wall and is responsible for the cleanup. There has been no word on a timeline.
