"Not a bomb" say police in Montgomery County

Montco authorities are breathing a sigh of relief after materials delivered to Franconia's Police Department turned out to be harmless.  A man brought in what was first believed to be bomb making items yesterday after finding them in his son's room.  The materials were put on the front lawn of the police building while the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department bomb unit was called.  Technicians later determined the items were inert and likely used for training.
