Improperly discarded smoking materials are being blamed for a deadly Hamburg fire. Investigators released their determination yesterday that the smoking material sparked the fast-moving blaze that killed a pregnant woman and her two children earlier this month. Police say a man was able to escape the burning home through a bedroom window. He was treated for burns at the hospital.
