A man is behind bars for allegedly assaulting a woman and a toddler in Lebanon. Jeffrey Davis is accused of choking the woman Friday and grabbing the child by the throat and throwing her onto a bed. Both victims suffered minor injuries. Police say the victim had a protection from abuse order against Davis.
