A reward is being offered for information on a man who exposed himself in Hershey. Police say the suspect pulled down his pants at the Tanger Outlets Monday, and then took off when officers arrived. Police chased his car, which was a silver mid-size Chevrolet sedan with New York plates, but eventually called off the pursuit for safety reasons.
