Police are investigating the discovery of a mutilated bird in Cornwall Borough. A biker found the remains Sunday and reported to the Pennsylvania Game Commission that it appeared to be a bald eagle. The head, tail feathers and talons had been removed from the bird, which experts say could also have been an osprey.
