House members back at the capitol

The state House is back in Harrisburg after summer break.  Members are now tasked with coming up with a plan for the state budget.  Governor Tom Wolf previously said if he doesn't have a plan by Friday, he'll be forced to start freezing spending.  A group of House Republicans claim they found surplus funds in state accounts that could help, but Democrats insist some of that money has been counted twice, meaning the math won't work.
