A man is facing DUI charges after driving into a cow pasture along I-81 near Carlisle. Police say Casey Starling fell asleep at the wheel last week, crossed the center median, traveled across two lanes of opposing traffic and drove into the pasture for about a half-mile. No cows were injured. Starling told police he had been smoking synthetic marijuana before the crash.
