The City of Harrisburg and the National Civil War Museum are resolving their legal issues. A deal was announced yesterday and includes the city selling artifacts to the museum for over five-million-dollars over the next five years. The money will then be used to fund improvements to the museum and Reservoir Park. The deal also has the museum paying 45-thousand-dollars a year in rent as opposed to the current twelve-dollars. The rent will increase each year up to 100-thousand-dollars annually.
