A man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop in Lower Paxton Township. Police pulled Ervin Jones the Third over early Saturday on Londonderry Road after seeing him swerve out of his lane. Officers say he seemed intoxicated, so he was taken into custody and gave police permission to park his vehicle somewhere else. When police got in, they saw almost a pound of marijuana, in the open, on the back seat. Jones is now looking at DUI, driving on a suspended license, possession and underage drinking charges.
