A Swatara Township man is going to prison for trying to lure a 14-year-old girl into a sexual relationship. Michael Mulligan met the teen online and went to a church parking lot in 2015 to meet her for sex. The girl turned out to be an undercover officer and Mulligan was arrested. A judge sentenced him to three-to-six years behind bars yesterday. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
