Police say bodies found in a Lancaster County home were the result of a murder-suicide. A father and son were found dead in a home along the 600 block of Hempfield Hill Road in West Hempfield Township. The DA says 57-year-old Scott Halstead shot and killed his son, 29-year-old Justin Halstead, then shot himself. Their bodies were found when Justin did not show up for a court appearance on drug charges.
