A man is going to spend up to 12 years in prison for dumping a body along Interstate 83. Luis Quinones received the sentence yesterday after being convicted of abuse of a corpse, illegally carrying a gun and some drug-related charges. Police say Shannon Martin was shot and killed during a fight last year and Kevin Brightful and Quinones dumped his body in Springfield Township. Brightful is charged with first-degree murder.
