A Scoutmaster is facing sex crimes charges. The Lehigh County DA's Office charged Stephen Piller for allegedly sexually assaulting three Boy Scouts at his home in Catasauqua and at a Monroe County camp. Piller's charged with a single felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and five misdemeanor counts of indecent assault. The 50-year-old is out on bail after being arraigned yesterday afternoon.
