Congressman Bob Brady wants a congressional hearing in Upper Darby over emergency situations involving SEPTA. After surveying the site of Tuesday morning's train crash yesterday he also said it takes the National Transportation Safety Board too long to investigate. He called the NTSB's timeline "unacceptable." The NTSB says more than 30 people were injured when a Norristown High Speed Line train crashed into a train parked at the 69th Street Station.
