A lawsuit is being filed on behalf of a passenger injured in the SEPTA train crash in Upper Darby. The man says he was knocked out and suffered a head injury in Tuesday morning's crash. Federal officials say more than 30 people were hurt when the Norristown High Speed Line train crashed into a train parked at the 69th Street Station. His lawyers say whether the crash was caused by mechanical failure, operator error or both, there's no excuse when one train hits another.
