Mayor talks up 'Kipona'

The city of Harrisburg is planning this year's Kipona Festival at Riverfront Park and City Island.  Mayor Eric Papenfuse announced the details yesterday.  The event will take place September 2nd through the 4th and will include a zip line, 45 food trucks, a beer garden, the Artist Village and fireworks on September 3rd at 8:15 p.m.  The Funicular Circus tightrope walkers will also be on hand to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest tightrope walk done in high heels.  Get details at CrazyCrow.com.
