A Harrisburg man is in custody after allegedly threatening to kill his girlfriend during an argument. Police were called to Sequoia Drive yesterday morning for a domestic situation. The victim told officers Paulo Nguyen threatened to physically assault her and then kill her when police arrived. Nguyen was arrested without incident and is being charged with making terroristic threats.
