Man survives two would-be fatal attacks

A man is facing charges, accused of two counts of attempted homicide after trying to kill the a man twice in two days.  Police say the shootings happened near a home along the 200 block of Oak Road in Manor Township.  Authorities say the suspect shot the victim in the chest on Monday, then returned the next day and shot the victim in the head.  The victim survived both shooting attempts and is currently at the hospital.
