Little League World Series officials hope the first punishment for a rules violation will be the last this year. The manager for Latin America wasn't around for his team's victory over Mexico yesterday. Alexander Ballesteros was suspended for the game for using an ineligible pitcher during the Latin American regional tournament. Latin America is set to play Canada on Sunday.
