Officials at Lancaster County Prison are putting new procedures in place to stop drug smuggling. The warden announced new plans yesterday to combat the problem, including having face-to-face interactions with visitors replaced by meetings over a phone through glass. The mailroom will now also be on heightened alert for anything that could contain drugs.
