The biological parents of a 14-year-old Bucks County girl who was raped and murdered are making moves toward filing a lawsuit. An attorney for Rose and Rodney Hunsicker says the couple has filed paperwork to become administrators of Grace Packer's estate. Packer's adoptive mother Sara Packer and Sara's boyfriend are facing charges in her death.
