You're running out of time to take advantage of the Pennsylvania Turnpike's partial amnesty program. Until 7 o'clock Friday evening you can pay toll bills that are newer than 60 days and get all other fees waived. Those that are more than 60 days old are eligible for partial waiver of fees. After Friday evening, a new law kicks in and chronic violators are in danger of having their vehicle registrations suspended.
