A Harrisburg woman is facing charges after allegedly trying to run over her fiancé during a domestic incident. Latisha Morton was arrested early yesterday after a witness called police to report a disturbance on Boas Street. When officers arrived, the witness told them Morton drove her SUV directly at the victim causing him to have to jump out of the way to avoid being hit.
