Former Reading Mayor Vaughn Spencer is scheduled to go before a federal judge for the first time since being indicted on bribery charges. Spencer will appear in court tomorrow to enter a plea on bribery and corruption charges. He is accused of selling his office's influence and being the mastermind behind a corruption conspiracy that included the former Reading City Council President and his wife, the Reading School Board President.
