A Harrisburg police officer and a dispatcher are facing charges for allegedly growing marijuana. Christopher Thomas and Emily Fagan were arrested yesterday after detectives searched their High Street home. Officers say four marijuana plants, ranging from one-to-four feet tall, were growing in the house. Thomas served on the Harrisburg force for eight years.
