Allentown Mayor Pawlowski says he hasn't done anything wrong and won't resign. His comments came yesterday during a press conference following the unsealing of a federal indictment in a pay-for-play corruption case. The three-term Democrat and two co-defendants are accused of rewarding political campaign donors with lucrative city contracts. Prosecutors say he tried to conceal his dealings by deleting his email and advising campaign staff to do the same with communications regarding vendors. Former Reading Mayor Vaughn Spencer and a former Reading school board member are also indicted on bribery charges.
