Afternoon storms are being blamed for flooding in Dauphin County. The rain was heaviest around Middletown, Hummelstown, and Hershey yesterday and led to multiple road closures and water rescues. Flights were also delayed at HIA after water impacted the runway.
Officials say about four inches of rain fell in an hour. Several vehicles had to be rescued by tow trucks.
