A York man is facing charges after getting stopped for DUI twice in two hours. Rodney Lee Lehr the Third was pulled over early Saturday on Route 116 in North Codorus Township. He was arrested after failing a field sobriety test and was then taken to a hospital for blood tests. A half-hour after being released into the custody of a friend, the same officer who pulled Lehr over the first time saw him driving again. He was stopped and failed the sobriety tests a second time.
