A construction worker is free after a vacant home collapsed on him in Susquehanna Township. The man was pinned down by his head and chest in the collapse, but was later taken to Hershey Medical Center last night. The home on Oxford Avenue had been condemned for the last decade. Fire officials say OSHA and a Codes Officer will be conducting an investigation, but it's unclear what the owner will do with the property.
