Bloomberg backs Philly's soda tax

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is throwing his money behind Philadelphia's beverage tax with a TV and radio ad campaign.  The campaign is pushing the expanded pre-kindergarten that some of the tax money is funding.  It says it's a "small tax" to make a "big difference" for those who will get to attend pre-K.  Mayor Kenney says he welcomes the support, though he claims he didn't even know about the ads.
