Another loss for PA man charged on gun counts in NJ

For the third time the Lehigh Valley man who was stopped at the Holland Tunnel with a vehicle full of weapons is being denied the chance to enter into a first-time offenders program.  The bad news kept coming for John Cramsey in a Hudson County, New Jersey court yesterday as it was learned the two people who were in the vehicle with him will testify against him as part of a plea deal.  Kimberly Arendt and Dean Smith say they didn't know the weapons were in the vehicle when they were stopped in June of last year on the Jersey side of the tunnel.  Their deal allows them to enter into the state's pre-trial intervention program.  All three said they were on their way to Brooklyn to rescue a teen who saw her friend overdose when they were stopped.
