Officials are waiting on tests to see if a hypodermic needle found sticking out of a toddler's leg had been used previously. Police say they were called to a home in Manayunk, Philadelphia last evening after medics responding to a call of an infant acting strangely found the needle. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and was last listed in stable condition. Police say the father told them he was laying on the bed with the boy when he rolled onto the needle.
