Road rage victim's dad says 'hate' may've also played a role

The father of the teenaged girl shot to death in a road rage situation on Route 100 in Chester County says it was a hate crime.  Rodney Roberson told NBC10 he believes accused shooter David Desper was out to get someone when he shot 18-year-old Bianca Roberson in the head last Wednesday.  Authorities are continuing to investigate the shooting, but say there's no indication it was anything other than a fit of rage brought on by a cat and mouse game on the highway that caused Desper to shoot Bianca.  Mr. Roberson says he hopes the justice system doesn't show Desper any mercy.
