Suspect in Chester County deadly road rage turns himself in

A Delaware County man is in custody for last week's deadly road-rage shooting in Chester County.  David Desper turned himself in early yesterday morning for the shooting death of 18-year-old Bianca Roberson Wednesday on Route 100 in West Goshen.  At a news conference yesterday, Chester County DA Tom Hogan said it was "a savage and senseless murder" following a "cat-and-mouse" incident along the highway in which Roberson wouldn't let Desper get by as the roadway merged into one lane.  Desper is being held without bail on charges of first degree murder, third-degree murder and others in the killing of the 18-year-old recent Bayard Rustin High School grad.
