PA roads need a lot of work

Pennsylvania's rural roads and bridges are some of the worst in the country.  TRIP, which reviews transportation data, released the report last week saying the state's rural roads are the eighth worst in the country due to their narrow lanes, sharp curves, and limited shoulders.  The state's rural bridges are the third worst in the country, with 22-percent ranked as structurally deficient.
