PA Senate approves a guns-in-school bill

A bill that would set the rules for teachers to have guns on school grounds is heading to the state House.  The Senate approved the measure yesterday 28-to-22.  The legislation would require teachers to have a concealed carry permit, meet training requirements and pass a psychological evaluation before being allowed to have a gun at school.  Governor Tom Wolf does not currently support the bill.
