New bishop wants more younger parishioners

The Diocese of Allentown's bishop-elect isn't wasting any time taking the lead.  Easton native Alfred Schlert said yesterday that the church needs to balance appealing to Millennials and today's youth with not losing the Church's message.  With recent scandals within the Church he said regaining trust is a big part of the message and a key to filling the churches with faithful.  Schlert officially begins his new duties at the end of August.
