The jury in Philadelphia DA Seth Williams' federal corruption trial is getting to hear about gifts and vacations he alleged received as favors for a Bucks County businessman. Yesterday, a Homeland Security Agent said he was investigating Williams' friend Mohammad Ali who was able to avoid secondary screening when returned to Philadelphia from a trip outside the country. The agent said Ali was escorted from the jetway by police, skipping a secondary screening. The agent said it appeared Ali had a contact and that when he confiscated Ali's phone, he found messages from Williams about how he was trying to keep him from going through the screenings.
