Four people are facing charges in connection to an area prescription drug fraud. Police released the details yesterday, explaining that Arielle Rue stole a prescription pad from a Harrisburg psychiatrist's office while she worked there. Rue and three others then allegedly wrote prescriptions for over three-thousand Oxycodone pills. Rue is also accused of altering medical records to make it look like the other suspects were patients in the office.
