A judge is ordering the owner of a Harrisburg building and the city, to secure a partially collapsed wall. The wall, which is connected to the McFarland Building, came down on a tire business more than a year ago. There has been an ongoing battle over who should pay for the cleanup but the judge yesterday called the site a public danger. The judge also gave the McFarland building owner 20 additional days to review the wall's title information and confirm ownership.
