Libre's law goes to governor

New animal cruelty legislation is on its way to Governor Tom Wolf's desk.  The bill allows district attorneys to press felony charges against animal abusers and was unanimously approved by the state Senate yesterday.  It includes fines and possible jail time for neglect, abuse and torture. Governor Wolf is expected to sign the bill into law.
