A man is facing charges for an alleged sexual assault in Palmyra. Francisco Sandoval-Rivas was arrested early Saturday morning after entering the victim's North Chestnut Street home while she was sleeping. The victim, who knew Sandoval-Rivas, told officers he began performing sexual acts on her but took off when she woke up. Sandoval later admitted to going into the home without permission and initiating the sexual contact.
