Local congressman says "it could've been me"

Berks County Representative Ryan Costello is still trying to take in the news of a shooting at a GOP Congressional baseball practice. Costello is a second term Congressman from Chester County and said yesterday that he would have been at practice that day if he hadn't missed his ride by two minutes. Costello plays shortstop on the team and has worn a Fightin Phils uniform  in his last two games. Five people were shot at the practice in Alexandria, Virginia, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, a congressional aide, two Capitol police officers, and the director of government relations for Tyson Foods' Washington DC office.  The gunman was shot and killed by police.
