The public is getting its first look at the Lehigh Valley Zoo's new giraffe, Murphy. The 15-year-old male entered his new yard yesterday afternoon, just weeks after his six-year-old son Ernie died from a neck injury not long after arriving from the Kansas City Zoo. Murphy is able to eat from the trees surrounding his yard and in a few weeks the feeding deck is expected to open.
