Still no snow relief

Pennsylvania is not getting disaster aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.  The agency denied the money for a second time this week and Governor Tom Wolf says the state is now out of options.  The request for help came after a March storm that dropped over 30 inches of snow on parts of northeastern Pennsylvania.  Wolf says it is unfortunate that the taxpayers will now suffer the financial impact of the decision.
